However, by uploading User Content, you grant GeoDate a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find offensive, at our sole discretion.

5. Safety and Interactions with Others

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

GeoDate does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its users. We do not inquire into the background of our users or attempt to verify the statements of our users. We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users.

We strongly advise you to take precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. You agree to review and follow generic online dating safety tips, such as meeting in public places and telling a friend where you are going.

6. Premium Services and Purchases
